The Lantern · New Carlisle is a working pilot and we do not yet measure readership — there are no visitor statistics, no print run and no subscriber list, so we will not quote you a number. The rates below reflect that. What we can tell you is exactly where an ad appears and who is likely to see it: readers who came here to look up a city notice, a water-quality violation or a road closure in ZIP 45344.

Only the rail ad exists today — it is the card in the right-hand column of the front page. The other three are on the list to build, and we would rather say so than sell you a slot that is not there; ask and we will tell you where they are up to. Nonprofit and civic-group rates are half price. Political advertising is accepted, and carries a disclosure label naming who paid for it.
